QUALITY BRAND GROUP LLC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one or more Dunkin' franchise locations. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff recruitment and development, and drive sales and profitability while maintaining quality service and cleanliness.

You will mentor shift teams, enforce standards, and ensure a great guest experience through effective leadership, training, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (read/write)
• Restaurant/retail or supervisory experience required
• Focus on guest needs and service excellence
• Proven ability to set targets and drive results
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
