Job summary

QUALITY BRAND GROUP LLC, a Dunkin' franchisee, seeks a Restaurant Manager to recruit and develop store teams, drive sales and profitability, and uphold quality service standards. You will oversee operations, manage cost controls, and ensure a great guest experience during scheduled shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, guest-focused mindset, and the ability to train staff while handling P&L responsibilities for the store.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Guest focus with strong service orientation.
• Track record of achieving targets and improving operations.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build and lead effective teams.
• Physical ability to operate restaurant equipment and lift 30–50 lbs.
