Job summary

THE ONE GROUP is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager in Beaverton to oversee daily operations and lead a motivated team. You will ensure smooth service, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction while managing costs and compliance.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, monitor performance, and capitalize on opportunities to grow revenue and brand presence in a dynamic dining environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurant/hospitality management.
• Strong customer service background focused on guest experience.
• Extensive food & beverage knowledge and menu training ability.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS systems).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial management experience with budgets and P&L reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
• Maintain service excellence and deliver elevated, seamless dining experiences for guests.
• Monitor product quality, vendor relationships, and sanitation/safety compliance.
• Organize and supervise staff shifts for optimal floor coverage.
• Implement and uphold company policies and hospitality standards.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent; train and mentor employees.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase guest traffic and revenue.
