Job summary

IHOP 3006 Allen in Allen, TX seeks a diligent Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations on a full-time basis. You will oversee shifts, ensure high guest satisfaction, uphold food safety, and maintain cleanliness and consistent product quality.

You will recruit, interview, hire, and train hourly staff, provide ongoing feedback, conduct orientations, and manage end-of-shift reporting (sales, cash, labor). Ordering supplies and enforcing uniform standards are also essential.

Qualifications
