Qualifications

• Must have a current food management certification.
• Must demonstrate ownership mentality.
• Must have scheduling flexibility (open 365 days).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• Must read/write English; compute with basic math and calculator.

Responsibilities

• Communicate kitchen issues with management throughout the day.
• Document notes in the manager’s daily log in English.
• Attend weekly manager’s meetings and monthly staff meetings.
• Read the weekly memo and complete weekly/monthly evaluations.
• Communicate with MOD at shift end; provide accurate reports.
