Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• Possess ServSafe Food Manager Certification or the ability to obtain it during training.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain auto liability insurance.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, and variable hours.

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Champion hospitality and guest service standards to create friendly, fast experiences.
• Coach, develop, and support Team Members to reach their potential.
• Achieve restaurant goals across sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.

• Lead shift transitions and oversee operations across dayparts.
