Whataburger is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead a high‑volume location in Louisiana, overseeing a team of 50+ Family Members and ensuring Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.

You will develop your team, drive performance, and collaborate with the Operating Partner to achieve sales and profitability goals, while upholding Whataburger values and hospitality that guests love. This is a home restaurant role with growth opportunities across the brand.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, and variable hours.
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach, develop, and support Family Members to reach their potential.
• Achieve restaurant goals across sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• Ensure food safety, workplace safety, and brand standards.
