Job summary

Whataburger is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume location. You will manage daily operations, coach a large team, and drive sales, labor, and food cost goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

You'll mentor Team Members, champion hospitality, and partner with leadership to plan improvements. This role is based in your home restaurant with growth potential into Operating Partner opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Be able to meet business needs, including overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Possess ServSafe Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain during training).
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach, develop, and support Team Members to reach their potential.
• Achieve restaurant goals across sales, labor, cost, and profitability.
• Ensure food safety and workplace safety standards are upheld.
• Lead shift transitions and ensure smooth operations across day parts.
• Support talent development, training, hiring, and retention with restaurant leadership.
