Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts with scheduling, daily decision making and planning.
• Ensure guest experience by understanding flavors, aromas and wine pairings.
• Handle on-the-fly requests with poise and maintain a calm work environment.
• Foster continuous learning and provide open feedback and corrective action.
• Work on the floor to improve service, support the team and boost table turns.
• Coordinate with kitchen to evaluate prep levels and food quality each shift.
