Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.

• Must be able to work closing shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts including scheduling and planning.
• Understand flavors, aromas, and wine characteristics to ensure guest experience.
• Handle on-the-fly requests with poise and maintain a positive environment.
• Coach and develop the restaurant team with feedback and corrective action.
• Work on the floor to improve service and efficiencies; coordinate with kitchen.
