North Italia in Reston, VA is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a dynamic, high-volume team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will report to the General Manager and champion Great Hospitality, Every Time, while coaching staff to perform at their best in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage shifts, schedules, and guest experience.
• Proven track record of customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shifts, scheduling, and planning.
• Understand flavors and wine to ensure guest experience.
• Handle on-the-fly guest requests with poise.
• Foster learning and provide feedback.
• Work with kitchen team to monitor prep levels and quality.
• Run the restaurant with an ownership mindset.
