Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of business operations and financials.

• Able to work ten-hour shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts including scheduling, daily operations, and planning.
• Ensure guest experience by understanding flavors, aromas, and ingredients.
• Handle on-the-fly requests to maintain calm, positive work environment.
• Lead learning and provide feedback to the team.
• Work with kitchen team to evaluate prep levels and food quality before shifts.
• Be responsible for running the restaurant as if an owner.
