Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successfully running a high-volume upscale restaurant.
• Proven experience delivering top-notch dining experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-volume, upscale restaurant operations and staff.
• Lead problem resolution and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Set weekly schedules, manage labor, and control dining room service.
• Maintain quality across food, beverage, and service, with a focus on seafood.
• Monitor annual budget, expenditures, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with FOH/BOH teams to promote a positive work environment.
