P.F. Chang's in Raleigh, NC is seeking a salaried Restaurant Manager to lead front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, develop an engaged team, and deliver a guest‑led Pan‑Asian dining experience.

You’ll drive guest service and restaurant performance while supporting staff development in a high‑volume setting. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of progressive restaurant leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality/business coursework a plus).
• Maintain all required food safety, alcohol service, and company certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for local coverage.
• Strong culinary/beverage standards, labor management, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Team Members while building leadership bench.
• Champion food and beverage quality, preparation, presentation, and service standards.
• Deliver memorable hospitality through coaching service, menu knowledge, and Guest recovery.
• Maintain a safe, clean, guest-ready environment with sanitation checks and facility upkeep.
• Drive sales, manage labor and food costs, and participate in inventory and ordering.
• Support local marketing, community outreach, and charitable initiatives.
