Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery in Wheeling, WV is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations, develop staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a friendly, value-driven environment.

You will drive daily operations, uphold service standards, and collaborate with leadership to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members. A ServSafe certification is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous management experience in family or casual dining preferred.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
• Drive sales and uphold operational and service standards across the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
• Uphold and model safe food-handling and operational practices.
• Support the hiring, training, and development of all team members.
• Step in where needed and take on additional responsibilities as part of a collaborative leadership team.
