Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery in Lewisburg is seeking a Restaurant Manager who will lead front-of-house operations, support and develop the team, and help deliver the warm, welcoming atmosphere our guests expect. This role reports to the General Manager and focuses on guest satisfaction and daily service standards.

You will hire, train, and coach staff, ensure safety and cleanliness, and maintain strong guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous management experience in family or casual dining preferred.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
• Drive sales and uphold operational and service standards across the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
• Uphold and model safe food-handling and operational practices.
• Support the hiring, training, and development of all team members.
• Step in where needed and take on additional responsibilities as part of a collaborative leadership team.
