Job summary

Adele's Nashville in the Gulch is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team, oversee daily service, and ensure impeccable dining experiences for guests.

Salary ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 annually plus quarterly bonus DOE. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding and training, supervising service flow, maintaining health and safety standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and promoting the brand in the local community.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Proven leadership, able to develop and motivate staff.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with delegation.
• Proficient with computers; strong written and verbal communication.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of all restaurant employees on a daily basis and monitor operations.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and ongoing staff training.
• Oversee service floor, delegate tasks and maintain flow during busy periods.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and engage in service recovery as needed.
• Provide friendly, attentive guest service at all times.
• Ensure food and beverages are prepared and served per standards.
• Maintain a positive restaurant image and suggest brand improvements.
• Promote the brand locally through events and community engagement.
• Drive sales, service quality, and appearance while fostering a productive environment.
• Ensure compliance with health standards and cleanliness.
• Identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Lead meetings and trainings on policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
