McDonald’s Grand Rapids is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, guide Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, and champion a high‑performing team.

You’ll partner with the General Manager to hire, train, and schedule staff, ensure quality and safety, drive guest satisfaction, and deliver a fast, friendly dining experience across Kitchen, People, and Service areas. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities.

Qualificações

• HSD or GED preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others or US Military Service.
• Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to anticipate needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades
