Flanigan’s Enterprises in South Florida is seeking experienced restaurant managers to join a legendary brand. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to excellence across operations in Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.

Qualifications

• Must have current food management certification.
• Must possess and demonstrate an ownership mentality.
• Must have flexibility for scheduling; Flanigan’s is open 365 days per year.
• Must be willing to transfer to a different geographical location.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Vacations are scheduled between April and November only and must be taken or forfeited.
• Must have basic math skills and be able to count currency and use a calculator.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must adhere to Flanigan’s dress and grooming policies.

Responsibilities

• Must communicate concerning all kitchen issues with management throughout the course of the day.
• Must read as well as write notes in the manager’s daily log (in English).
• Must attend weekly manager’s meetings and monthly staff meetings.
• Must read the weekly memo and complete weekly/monthly employee evaluations.
• Must communicate with all management on duty when a shift ends and report events honestly.
• Must adhere to all company policies, rules and directions from manuals and meetings.
• Must attend quarterly supervisor meetings.
