Job summary

Flanigan’s seeks experienced restaurant managers to join its South Florida team. This role involves daily coordination with management, attending regular meetings, and ensuring compliance with health codes while delivering high service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have current food management certification.
• Ownership mentality and leadership ability.
• Flexibility for scheduling; open daily.
• Willingness to transfer to different locations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must read English and perform basic math.
• Must adhere to health code standards.
• Must conduct interviews per company policy.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate kitchen issues with management throughout the day.
• Read and write notes (in English) in the manager’s daily log.
• Attend weekly manager’s meetings and monthly staff meetings.
• Read the weekly memo.
• Complete weekly/monthly employee evaluations.
• Communicate with all managers when shift ends.
• Provide an accurate, honest report of events (positive and negative).
• Adhere to policies in manuals, memos, and meetings.
• Attend quarterly supervisor meetings.
