Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold our One Love culture on shift. You will manage a fast-paced kitchen, supervise crewmembers, handle cash, and ensure customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading a team and managing shift operations.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Upholds Raising Cane’s standards and culture during shifts.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift and provide exemplary customer service.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper facility maintenance.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
