Responsibilities include managing crewmembers, enforcing company policies, and coordinating with teams to maintain cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant or retail teams preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supports Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Upholds Raising Cane’s standards and culture in shift management.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides customer service excellence.
• Ensures cleanliness and proper operation of the restaurant.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
