Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold our standards and culture in shift management.

The role involves managing cash, leading crewmembers, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting. This on-site position requires flexibility across days, evenings, and weekends and offers weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adapt to new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Act as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane's policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings operations and safety standards.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Uses reward and recognition programs for crewmembers.
• Authorizes manager-level actions (discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides).
• Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and facility readiness.
