The role focuses on operating the restaurant in the absence of the senior leadership, driving sales growth, maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, and leading a team with positive leadership. You will interview and hire staff, schedule to meet guest demand, train crew, manage labor costs, and ensure safety and compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
• Assist in achieving sales growth while maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Interview and hire qualified staff.
• Schedule staff to meet guest demand and control labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the GM.
• Maintain productive relationships with management and crew.
• Provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain inventory and reports per company standards.
