Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership experience (Assistant Manager, GM, etc.).
• Passion for people and hospitality.
• High-energy leadership and problem-solving skills.
• F&B knowledge and comfort with restaurant tech.
• TABC Certification and Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Love for music, good times, and good company.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Front of House & Back of House operations.
• Create remarkable guest experiences—every time.
• Lead and inspire a rockstar team.
• Handle hiring, training, and development.
• Ensure top-notch food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and scheduling.
• Keep the vibe strong and guests coming back.
