Job summary

FreeRange Concepts is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead operations for its award-winning The Rustic concept in Dallas. You’ll drive revenue and profitability while ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction and team development.

You’ll mentor staff and model FreeRange values: Fun, Teamwork, Ownership, Passion, Innovation, and Integrity. In this role you’ll oversee front- and back-of-house operations, manage budgets, control costs, and build community connections through local outreach

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hospitality leadership in AM/GM roles.
• Proven ability to develop teams and deliver service excellence.
• Strong financial forecasting and cost-control skills.
• Experience with restaurant management tools such as scheduling and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure guest satisfaction at The Rustic in Dallas.
• Oversee budgets, labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial goals.
• Mentor staff, track performance, and develop future leaders.
• Build community connections and promote the brand through local events.
