Job summary

FreeRange Concepts, a hospitality group, is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead The Rustic operations in the Dallas-area development and training phase. You will drive revenue, elevate guest satisfaction, and mentor the team within our restaurant concept.

You will oversee front- and back-of-house, manage budgets, and model our values of Fun, Teamwork, Ownership, Passion, Innovation, and Integrity while building a culture of excellence across the leadership team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front of House and Back of House operations daily.
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure every guest leaves with a remarkable experience.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and hospitality.
• Oversee product quality, vendor relationships, and recipe adherence.
• Supervise and support team members during all shifts.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide growth feedback.
• Forecast business needs, manage budgets, and control costs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
• Monitor labor and inventory to meet financial goals.
• Build community connections and promote the brand through local events.
• Train and develop new leaders and team members.
• Implement policies and best practices for long-term excellence.
