Job summary

LOCAL Public Eatery in Dallas, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll mentor staff, drive service standards, and own daily operations to reflect the brand’s hospitality and profitability.

You’ll recruit, train, and coach team members, manage budgets and labor, ensure safety compliance, and partner with guests and suppliers to elevate every visit.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years leadership experience; high-potential candidates considered.
• Must have or obtain valid local Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits.
• Be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Foster a cohesive and collaborative team through exemplary leadership.
• Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.
• Supervise and coach service and experience standards and drive improvements.
