Job summary

The Rustic, part of FreeRange Concepts, is hiring Restaurant Managers at all levels to lead a high-energy, guest-first environment where live music and scratch-made eats define the experience.

You'll manage daily FOH & BOH operations, create memorable guest experiences, and recruit, train, and coach a rockstar team while maintaining quality, safety, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Passion for people and hospitality.
• High-energy leadership and problem-solving skills.
• F&B knowledge and comfort with restaurant tech.
• TABC & Food Handler certified (or able to get certified).
• Love for music and good times.
