The Rustic in Dallas is seeking Restaurant Managers at all levels who are passionate about hospitality and ready to lead in a high-energy, guest-first environment. Whether you’re a seasoned manager or an up-and-coming leader, if you bring the drive, we’ll bring the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership experience.
• Passion for people and hospitality.
• High-energy leadership and problem-solving skills.
• F&B knowledge and comfort with restaurant tech.
• TABC & Food Handler certified (or able to get certified).
• Love for music, good times, and good company.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Front of House & Back of House operations
• Lead and inspire a rockstar team
• Handle hiring, training, and development
• Monitor budgets, inventory, and scheduling
• Keep our vibe strong and our guests coming back
