The Rustic is opening a new location in The Colony, Texas, and we’re building a founding team of guest‑focused leaders. We’re seeking Restaurant Managers who can run daily Front of House and Back of House operations, elevate guest experiences, and guide a rockstar team.

Bring high‑energy leadership, a passion for hospitality, and comfort with restaurant technology. You’ll hire, train, and develop staff while upholding food quality, safety, and a vibrant, music‑driven vibe that guests remember.

Qualifications

• Experience leading both Front of House and Back of House teams.
• Strong guest-service mindset and people leadership.
• Familiarity with restaurant technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Front of House & Back of House operations.
• Create remarkable guest experiences — every time.
• Lead and inspire a rockstar team.
• Handle hiring, training, and development.
