Boyne Resorts’ Trophy Room Pizzeria & Pub, located in the Clock Tower Lodge at Boyne Mountain, seeks a Restaurant Manager who leads from the front, builds talent, and delivers a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

You will supervise 20–30 team members, oversee quality, inventory, scheduling, and financials, and ensure brand standards while maintaining a positive, engaged restaurant culture.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent plus 6 months to 1 year of related leadership experience or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership experience managing a large, diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; POS software and inventory management experience is a strong plus.
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Leadership begins at the top and sets a restaurant culture of excellence.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing all front of house and back of house operations.
• Develop Great People: lead, coach, and inspire a team of 20–30 staff, handle hiring, evaluations, and scheduling.
• Excellence in Execution: monitor food/beverage quality, presentation, portions, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance; manage purchasing, inventories, and reporting with leadership.
• Long-Term Thinking: evolve Trophy Room menu within brand standards; monitor budgets and expenditures.
• Serve First: ensure guests have memorable experiences and your team delivers it daily.
• Attitude is Everything: set a positive tone and maintain energy during busy nights; lead by example.
