Job summary

Boyne Mountain Resort is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to assist the Trophy Room Manager with floor management and staff leadership in a busy dining room. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED plus 6 months to 1 year related experience or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with POS software and Microsoft Word/Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, staffing, payroll, and inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Resolve guest issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with culinary and other departments for banquet events.
• Promote safety and accident prevention; maintain proper reporting for management decisions.
