Trophy Room Pizzeria & Pub at Boyne Mountain Resort seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead both front and back of house operations with a focus on people development and guest satisfaction. You’ll coach 20–30 team members, ensure quality and cost controls, and maintain a positive culture under high-volume conditions.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, menu evolution, and brand-standard adherence to deliver a standout dining experience at a premier mountain resort.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or equivalent leadership experience.
• Previous leadership experience managing a large, diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with POS software and inventory management is a plus.
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Leads with positivity; upholds restaurant culture from the top.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all front of house and back of house operations.
• Develop Great People by leading, coaching, and inspiring a 20–30 person team; responsible for interviews, evaluations, and coverage.
• Ensure quality, presentation, portion size, and cost control; maintain cleanliness and equipment; manage purchasing, inventories, and reporting with leadership.
• Develop and evolve Trophy Room menu in line with brand standards; review monthly financials to keep expenditures within budget.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences; set a positive tone and energy for the team and brand.
