The Wendy's Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager in the Bossier City, LA area to support the General Manager by coaching the team and fostering a fun, respectful work environment. You will place the right people in the right roles, schedule effectively, and manage daily operations with GM/DM support to meet profitability and guest-satisfaction goals.

You will lead, train, and develop crew, uphold all policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with laws and company standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during shifts.
• Review monthly budgets and P&L with GM/DM support.
• Promote customer satisfaction to drive sales.
• Monitor prep, production, and procedures to control costs and waste.
• Train and develop crew, onboard new managers, and maintain service standards.
• Lead, interview, and coach staff to meet safety and quality guidelines.
• Ensure cleanliness and execution of company procedures during shifts.
