Responsabilidades

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales.
• Monitor food costs and waste, ensure procedures are followed.
• Train crew in customer service and handling time efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and quality standards during shifts.
• Oversee training of new managers and crew using established processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and health procedures.
• Administer shift plans, inventory, and cash control under supervision.
