Carlisle Corporation's Wendy's franchise in Bossier City, LA is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager by coaching the team, building a fun, respectful work environment, and placing the right people in the right roles to maximize profitability.

You will lead and train crew, manage scheduling, monitor labor and food costs, ensure compliance with policies, and drive guest satisfaction through service excellence and consistent operations.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.
