You will drive daily operations, enforce company policies, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Leadership, coaching, and development of crew are essential for delivering great guest experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew; interview and select team members with GM/DM support.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and health regulations.
• Monitor food costs and waste to protect profitability.
• Communicate performance and opportunities to the General Manager or District Manager.
