Qualifications

• Experience in fast-food or retail leadership preferred.
• Ability to coach and train staff.
• Strong scheduling and labor control skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs by evaluating staffing needs against sales.
• Monitor product quality and staff performance; provide feedback.
• Train crew to respond promptly to customer needs and uphold courtesy.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and adherence to cleanliness standards.
• Lead training for new products and onboarding of new crew/managers.
• Follow and enforce policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist in budgeting, P&L review, and restaurant priorities with GM/DM.
