Circle K in Astor, FL is seeking a Restaurant Manager Trainee to prepare you for the Restaurant Manager role. During the training period (up to 90 days), you will learn daily operations, staff supervision, and financial metrics under the guidance of the District Manager.

You will recruit, onboard, maintain food safety and brand standards, coach team members, and handle cash and inventory responsibilities. Strong communication and flexible availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
