Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Open availability required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred, driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coaches team members.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and performs housekeeping duties.
• Delegates shift duties and follows up to ensure completion.
• Ensures food safety, quality, and compliance with Brand, Company and health department regulations.
• Manages cash, sales, and inventory records; communicates with district manager.
