The role emphasizes guest service, coaching, hiring, compliance with Brand and health regulations, and development of operational metrics while training for leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Coaches and corrects team members as necessary.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and general housekeeping duties.
• Delegates responsibilities and ensures completion.
• Directs team to follow Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Ensures food safety and quality.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory records.
• Communicates with district manager as required.
• Performs administrative duties including paperwork, inventory counts, and scheduling.
