Marco's Pizza in the United States is seeking motivated individuals for the Manager in Training (MIT) program. You will learn all aspects of restaurant operations and management, preparing you to advance to General Manager.

As an MIT, you will work with seasoned managers to gain hands-on experience in leading a team, managing finances, and ensuring guest satisfaction, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours) daily.
• Must lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Marco's Pizza professionally to customers.
• Address customer concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Open and close the store following Marco's Pizza standards, including inventory and cash handling.
• Be open to coaching for higher management roles and growth opportunities.
• Perform shift management duties and support store operations.
• Uphold daily cleaning and maintenance standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for employees and guests.
