Job summary

Bojangles' is seeking a General Manager in Georgia to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain brand standards. You will manage staff, ensure food safety, and optimize financial performance while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will recruit and train managers, supervise shift operations, and partner with district leadership to uphold policies, training, and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred
• 3+ years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience
• ServSafe Manager certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, and Team Members
• Lead with brand training programs and implement plans as needed
• Maintain high personal and team appearance and an unbeatable work culture
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are met
• Train staff to deliver exceptional guest experience and meet service goals
• Oversee financials, cash handling, inventory, and profitability targets
• Communicate brand initiatives and ensure timely, accurate administrative duties
