Wynn Las Vegas is offering a Restaurant Manager in Training – Fine Dining, a full-time leadership development program designed to build operational knowledge, service excellence, and managerial capabilities for a luxury restaurant. Through rotations across select dining venues, you will learn Wynn’s standards and dining-room operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Previous experience in high-volume or luxury hospitality operations preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English; other languages a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Rotate through fine-dining and restaurant operations to develop an understanding of front-of-house leadership, service standards, and daily restaurant operations.
• Support restaurant leadership in overseeing daily operations while ensuring an exceptional and consistent guest experience.
• Learn and apply Wynn Las Vegas service standards, fine-dining service principles, and departmental operating procedures.
• Assist with the leadership, training, coaching, scheduling, and development of restaurant team members.
• Monitor team member performance and provide timely coaching and direction to reinforce service expectations and operational standards.
• Develop an understanding of dining room operations, including reservations, table management, guest flow, service execution, and effective communication between front- and back-of-house teams.
• Build working knowledge of menu offerings, beverage programs, restaurant concepts, and the service techniques appropriate to a luxury fine-dining environment.
• Assist restaurant leadership in responding to guest needs and resolving service opportunities with professionalism and guest satisfaction in mind.

As Restaurant Manager in Training – Fine Dining, you will participate in an immersive leadership development experience designed to build the operational knowledge, service expertise, and leadership capabilities required to successfully manage a luxury fine-dining restaurant at Wynn Las Vegas. Through rotations across select dining venues, you will gain exposure to different restaurant concepts, service styles, and operating environments while learning Wynn’s standards for exceptional guest service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through select fine-dining and restaurant operations to develop a comprehensive understanding of front-of-house leadership, service standards, and daily restaurant operations.
• Support restaurant leadership in overseeing daily operations while ensuring an exceptional and consistent guest experience.
• Learn and apply Wynn Las Vegas service standards, fine-dining service principles, and departmental operating procedures.
• Assist with the leadership, training, coaching, scheduling, and development of restaurant team members.
• Monitor team member performance and provide timely coaching and direction to reinforce service expectations and operational standards.

• Develop proficiency in the administrative and operational responsibilities of restaurant management, including scheduling, labor management, inventory awareness, and other departmental controls.
• Establish strong working relationships across Culinary, Food & Beverage, and supporting departments to promote seamless restaurant operations.
• Demonstrate leadership presence, sound judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to Wynn Las Vegas standards throughout the training program.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the successful operation of the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, or related discipline required.
• Previous experience in a high-volume food and beverage operation required; experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or an upscale restaurant environment strongly preferred.
• Passion for developing a career in restaurant and food and beverage leadership.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Ability to remain composed, professional, and guest-focused in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business demands, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all licenses, registrations, and work cards required for the position.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
