Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management experience in F&B, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Experience leading front-of-house teams in high‑volume environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• English reading/writing fluency; second language is a plus.

The Relief Restaurant Manager - Casual Dining is responsible for supporting the daily operation of Wynn Las Vegas casual dining venues by delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining Forbes Five-Star service standards, and ensuring operational excellence in the absence of or alongside restaurant leadership. This role provides hands‑on supervision of front‑of‑house operations, fostering a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and accountability while overseeing service execution, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Relief Restaurant Manager serves as a visible leader on the floor, proactively anticipating guest and team needs, driving service excellence, and upholding the luxury standards that define the Wynn Las Vegas experience.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join the Wynn Las Vegas team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of breakfast and lunch service, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the success of the restaurant.

• Manage overall restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Ensure compliance with health department standards and food safety regulations
• Create and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience
• Oversee inventory management and cost control to ensure financial targets are met

• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
• Conduct departmental pre‑shift meetings to keep team members informed of pertinent information
• Supervisor and support a team of food and beverage personnel including hiring, scheduling, assigning work, reviewing performance, and employee engagement
• Train and monitor employees to ensure adherence to the Wynn service standards for all staff
• Manage the restaurant’s employee relations and human resources agendas while understanding the language within the collective bargaining agreement (CBA).

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage
• Minimum of two (2) years of management experience, preferably in high‑volume luxury resort setting
• Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner. The ability to speak a secondlanguage is a plus
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
• Applicants must be twenty‑one years of age or above
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities
