Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Food and Beverage Management Trainee to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold Wynn service standards. You will work with kitchen staff, manage cost controls, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service in a high-volume luxury resort environment in Las Vegas.

• Minimum of two years of management experience, preferably in high-volume luxury resort setting.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage.
• Ability to communicate, read and write in English fluently; second language is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
