Delaware North's Patina Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join the opening team at Hundredfold Atlanta, a chef-driven concept launching Fall 2026 at The Battery Atlanta. You will lead and develop a frontline team, oversee daily restaurant operations, and ensure outstanding service.

This role requires a passion for guest experiences, strong communication, and a track record of maintaining high standards in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with similar dining style, capacity, and volume.
• ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and TIPS certifications required or preferred.
• Strong computer skills; experience with P&Ls and budgeting; proficient with MS Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and assign tasks for service and kitchen teams; monitor shift responsibilities ensuring quality, sanitary, and legal standards.
• Assist with team member training and provide performance feedback.
• Maintain positive guest relations and high service standards; address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering and inventory.

The opportunity

Delaware North's Patina Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join the opening team at Hundredfold Atlanta, an exciting new restaurant opening in Fall 2026 at The Battery Atlanta. Created in partnership with acclaimed celebrity chef Tim Hollingsworth, Hundredfold will deliver an elevated dining experience centered on exceptional cuisine, genuine hospitality, and memorable guest experiences.

As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in launching this highly anticipated restaurant, helping to build, train, and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team. This position is ideal for a hospitality-driven leader who is passionate about guest service, team development, and creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for both guests and employees. You will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, supporting financial performance goals, and fostering a culture of hospitality and operational excellence. You will help create an outstanding dining experience that reflects the vision of this exciting chef-driven concept. What will you do?

• Scheduling and assigning tasks for service and kitchen team members, and monitoring shift responsibilities, ensuring actions are in line with company quality, sanitary, and legal standards
• Assist with team member training, monitor their performance while keeping open communication for needed corrections
• Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service, addressing concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering and inventory

More about you

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume
  ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification
• Strong computer skills; experience working with and understanding P&Ls and developing and managing budgets, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, including Word & Excel
• Exceptional communication skills and an ability to anticipate guest and employee needs
• No degree required
