Job summary

Delaware North’s Hundredfold Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia is hiring full-time and part-time Prep Cooks to join our team. You will prepare food items for guests, support a fast-paced service, and help deliver memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior food preparation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets.
• Ability to use kitchen tools safely (knives and small equipment).
• Ability to follow instructions.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve storage items as needed and measure, portion, and prepare all food items according to quality standards.
• Communicate with the Chef for any special instructions or training.
• Maintain food, utensils, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed.
• Follow all safety, health codes, and ServSafe procedures.

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring full-time and part-time Prep Cooks to join our team at Hundredfold Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Prep Cook, you will be preparing food items for our established guests, supporting great guest experiences. Pay

$15.00 - $17.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Retrieve storage items necessary, and measure, portion, and prepare all food items, complying with all quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures

More about you

Physical requirements

• Frequent standing and walking for the entire length of the shift
• Manual dexterity is sufficient to chop, mix, blend, and whip a variety of foods and liquids
• Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders
• Ability to frequently immerse hands in water
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
