Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Group in Atlanta, Georgia is hiring full-time and part-time Servers to join our team at Hundredfold. As a Server, you will represent our restaurant, greet guests, take orders, and ensure guests leave satisfied by delivering exceptional service.

Note this is a tipped position with a base pay of $2.13 per hour before tips; weekly pay and a benefits package are offered, including training, employee discounts, flexible schedules, and opportunities for growth within Delaware

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing.
• One year’s experience as a server in a high-volume environment is beneficial.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to guests’ needs, provide menus, communicate specials, take orders.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, following policies.
• Enter orders into POS, process payments, and deliver checks.
• Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Perform opening/closing/side work and maintain clean, sanitized workspaces.

Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

What will you do?

• Greet and attend to guests’ needs, provide menus, clearly communicate restaurant specials, answer menu questions, and collect food and beverage orders


• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures


• Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments, as well as prepare and deliver the check to guests


• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen and bar staff


• Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, as assigned, and ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning

More about you

• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing


• Beneficial if you have one year’s experience as a server in a high-volume environment and experience with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment


• No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

• Must be able to lift 35 lbs, as well as walk, which may include walking up stairs, standing, and bending for long periods of time


• Visual awareness and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
